LEADERSHIP

Ruth Dunn founded Sola Contracting LLC in February 2022 after 12 years of experience supporting federal construction and government contracting projects. Drawing on the knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned throughout her career, she established Sola Contracting

with a clear mission: to deliver high-quality construction services through exceptional communication, safe project execution, and reliable performance.

Throughout her career, Ruth has developed expertise across multiple disciplines, including project management, accounting and finance, legal and contract administration, risk management, and operational development. This diverse background enables her to approach projects strategically, ensuring both operational efficiency and successful project outcomes.

Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia and leads a team of experienced construction professionals who share her commitment to quality, integrity, safety, and client service. Under her leadership, the Sola Contracting team is dedicated to building lasting partnerships and delivering successful projects for every client we serve.
